WHAT WE OFFER
Training is available at home, public/private
facilities, or at our facility in Murfreesboro,
TN. We also offer corporate, business
and health spa classes. Ages ranging from
six to advanced age can participate in
part-time or full time classes that often
lead to a life long study of this ancient
art. It is fun and interesting to do and
the history and tradition are special
studies that are also offered.
We understand that each individual has
different goals of study and we offer
a wide range of areas that you may choose
to focus on. Including Health, Martial,
Self-Defense, Weapons (modern and classic),
Qi Gong, Ten level Hand Training, and
Chinese Medical Theory.
